How do I get a price for an instrument?
Email the model number, quantity and delivery country to [email protected], or use the contact form. We reply with a written quotation that states price, availability, condition, included items and shipping.

Can I order directly on the website?
Yes, for listings that show a price and an add-to-cart button. For high-value instruments, configured systems or multiple units, we recommend requesting a quotation first so options, condition and shipping are confirmed in writing before you pay.
Do you quote multiple units or work with resellers?
Yes. We quote single units and multiple-unit orders for end users, procurement teams and resellers. Tell us the quantity and delivery country in your request.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods and payment terms are stated in your quotation and invoice. All payment details are issued in the name of Ritha Manullang, corp.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. Every confirmed order receives an invoice issued by Ritha Manullang, corp., the company behind Asia Multimeter. The invoice matches your quotation and includes the products, prices, shipping cost and payment details. If you need your company name, tax ID or purchase order number on it, include them in your quotation request and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Both. The condition is shown on each listing and confirmed again in your quotation, together with the items included with the unit.

Email us the model or part number. We check availability and reply with what we can offer.
Can you help me choose the right instrument?
Yes. Tell us what you need to measure, the range, the accuracy you need and the environment it will be used in. We will suggest suitable models and explain the differences.
Calibration & documents
Does my instrument come with a calibration certificate?
It depends on the instrument and its condition. Ask for a certificate in your quotation request, and the quotation will state whether one is included.

Yes. Ask us for the manufacturer's datasheet or manual for the model you are considering, and we will share what is available.
How do I get technical support after purchase?

Do you ship internationally?

How long does delivery take?
It depends on the product, its availability and your destination. Your quotation or order confirmation states the estimated timing. Confirm anything unclear before you order.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
Import duties and taxes depend on your country's rules. Ask us to note the expected terms in your quotation so there are no surprises at customs.
How can I get a delivery update?

My item arrived damaged or different from my order. What should I do?
